 Basic: (no type of cooking knowledge)
breakfast- scramble egg, sausage, toast, assorted fruit (knife skills)
Lunch- salad or chicken Caesar wrap with carrots & celery (knife skills)
Dinner- spaghetti & meatballs or Mac n cheese, loose corn & sautéed chicken breast medallions (knife skills)

Intermediate: (some kitchen knowledge)

          1 hour

Intermediate:  

Breakfast- omelet with toast & bacon & assorted fruits (knife skills)
Lunch- half sandwich & soup, cucumber melon refresher drink (knife skills)
Dinner- shrimp scampi w/garlic bread, molten lava cake
